How Do I Sign Up?

To secure a storage space, simply select a unit from the indicated available lots. A page will open with the information about that particular lot and the lease agreement. You will be asked to accept the terms with a digital signature and the to complete the transaction with a credit card.

How much does it cost?

KT Storage Park offers lots in two sizes, a large 12’x 15’, which rents for $125.00 per month, and a smaller 10’x30’, which rents for $100.00 per month.

How is the property secured?

The storage facility is fenced and gated with surveillance cameras that are monitored off site. In addition, the front gate is locked at all times and is only accessible by customers with their own unique access code.

How Do I Access My Lot?

When you complete your registration, a copy of your storage agreement along with your access code will be emailed to you. If you did not receive your email, please email info@ktstorage.com or contact our office during business hours and an agent will be happy to assist. Your gate code will allow you access to your storage lot 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The storage facility is accessible to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Does KT Storage Insure My Property?

No, you will need to carry insurance on your stored property.

Is on-site work and maintenance permitted?

Repairing, maintenance, or cleaning of stored items on the premises is not allowed.

How Do I Cancel My Lease?

When you have removed all your belongings from the property, email info@ktstorage.com or contact our main office at 985-224-1214 with your name, lot #, and contact information. One of our agents will schedule a walk through to inspect the lot. After inspection, and provided the unit is left in good order, the agent will cancel your automated rebilling and disconnect your unique gate code.

What Materials Are Prohibited From Storage?

Lessee represents and warrants that he is in lawful possession of all goods stored at the storage facility. Items prohibited from storage include, but are not limited to:

Items that are illegal to own such as narcotics, unlicensed firearms, etc.
Hazardous materials including chemicals, radio-active material, biological and toxic waste
Combustible and explosive material including gasoline, kerosene, fireworks, cleaners, fertilizer, motor oil, acid, grease, corrosives, paint, pressurized materials, etc.
Animals or plants
